Short-term learning activities identified as blended mobilities are personal meetings and common works among adult learners who work virtually with each other through the whole lifetime of the project. These meetings make the common virtual work more effective and successful with personal meetings.
The first mobility besides other activities finalise the game-list of the Methodology Book, directly involving target groups into the creative process on international level, with the attribution of their experiences and ideas.
The second mobility provides facilitator trainings on international level for adult learners.
The events provide opportunities for participants to experience cooperation and team work not just on national, but on international level also, providing added outputs to project itinerary. Facilitators of the second meeting meet with each other at the first time even in national level, however they have virtual contacts throughout the lifetime of the whole project. They need to use and improve their communicational skills, team spirit, innovation and entrepreneurship to form a cooperative working group on any levels, not even virtually, and to solve problems and tasks in an international partnership. Such way blended mobilities provide a good opportunity of informal and nonformal learning process, and put theory into practice. They develop participants' basic and transversal skills, create an intercultural atmosphere and force adult learners to practice project management skills and team work in short-term mini-projects, working on a common topic, reaching common aims.

PLODIV MOBILITYInternational Training of Facilitators
The second blended mobility has a special aim. The Training Thematic and the training itself is tested firstly on national level, in order to filter problematic methods to change or to improve. The International Training of Facilitators is the “main rehearsal” of the training programme before finalizing and accrediting the modified and completed Training Thematics. Participants: Both the national and International trinings will be announced in every participating country and will have open access of participation. Participants have to fulfill the basic term of the announcement, which is working in pairs as members of the same local community (Roma+major inhabitant). The selection procedure of participants is progressed according to a) open applying procedure, b.) motivation letters, c.) active participation in preparation phase and national trainings, d) relevant skills and competences (leading skills, foreign language skills etc.). Both national and transnational trainings are planned to have at least 5 pairs per country (10 participants). For international trainings, the pairs will be accompanyed by project leaders. The International Training of Facilitators, with the help of the Training, aims to teach facilitators 1.) to multiply and activate heterogeneous theatre groups in their local communities 2.) to motivate and activate direct target groups (heterogeneous audience) for theatre actions 3.) to lead Interactive Theatre Games in local communities facing minority problems 4.) to use the Methodology Book in an innovative way 5.) to face certain type of problems which can occur during Interactive Theatre Game implementations 6.) to have general management skills for planning, organizing events / follow-up and disseminate results / managing local theatre groups, team-building 7.) to communicate easier with target groups 8.) to learn / to teach to learn pair work (Roma and major citizens) |
